Police officers from A District’s auto crime team have arrested three men in relation to a spate of car thefts which occurred while the vehicles were defrosting.
Five vehicles, which had been unattended and left ticking over, were taken from various areas of Belfast on Thursday morning.
Two men aged 24 and one aged 28 were arrested in the Dunmurry area on Thursday night on suspicion of handling stolen goods.
One of the five stolen vehicles, a VW Golf, has also been recovered.
