A 29-year-old man who had been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following a stabbing on Boundary Way in north Belfast - was later released unconditionally.
A 27-year-old man was injured in the attack, which happened before 8pm on Saturday in the Shankill area.
He was taken to hospital for treatment where he is said to be stable.
